Donna Heck


Donna Heck is the Office Manager and CFO of The Heck Law Offices. In 2008, she helped her husband, Jeff, found the HLO so that they could focus their energy on helping injured people and their families throughout North Central Ohio. She has extensive experience and success in sales as well as office management during her professional career. She also has past experience in working in many aspects of financial matters for a several organizations including a public entity with over $20 million in annual revenues. She attended Kent State University.

Denise Krance

Denise Krance is a Paralegal with The Heck Law Offices, Ltd. Denise grew up in Mansfield and is a graduate of St. Peter's High School. She has over 30 years of legal experience, including 11 years working for an insurance defense firm assisting with the defense (the other side) of injury cases and then 21 years working for another firm assisting injured clients and their families before joining the HLO in 2010. Denise has extensive training as a paralegal in numerous state and national paralegal seminars and workshops. Prior to her legal work, she worked in the insurance industry for 6 years in the underwriting and claims departments.
Denise has also served the local community, serving on the Board of Trustees of the Multiple Sclerosis Society, the Board of Directors of the Domestic Violence Shelter and as a volunteer for the Alzheimer's Association.

Kelly L. Click

Kelly L. Click

Kelly L. Click is a Paralegal with The Heck Law Offices, Ltd. Kelly is a native of Ashland, Ohio and a graduate of Ashland High School. She attended Tiffin (OH) University and Lincoln Memorial (TN) University studying Business Management. She was the Player of the Year in the Ohio Cardinal Conference as a softball pitcher at Ashland High School and went on to be a college varsity softball player at Tiffin and Lincoln Memorial. She joined The Heck Law Offices team in 2015.

Kelly focuses her efforts in civil litigation with a strong emphasis on injury and disability cases and assisting injured people and their families when they are faced with the problems associated with being in an accident or incident involving serious injuries or even the death of a loved one. She has previously worked for a Knoxville, Tennessee law firm focusing on several areas of the law including medical malpractice (with a specific emphasis in nursing home cases), workers’ compensation and other injury law.
