Donna Heck

Donna Heck is the office manager and CFO of Heck & Stiffler In 2008, she helped her husband, Jeff, found Heck & Stiffler so that they could focus their energy on helping injured people and their families throughout northern and north central Ohio. She has extensive experience and success in sales as well as office management during her professional career. She also has past experience in working in many aspects of financial matters for several organizations, including a public entity with over $20 million in annual revenues. She attended Kent State University.

She and husband, Jeff, reside in Lexington. They have 6 grown children and 9 grandchildren.

Beth Baldridge

Beth Baldridge

Beth Baldridge has been a paralegal with Heck & Stiffler since 2021.  Beth is a native of Mansfield and a graduate of Madison Comprehensive High School.  She also attended North Central State College studying Business Management.  She has over 12 years of experience in the legal field focusing on Workers’ Compensation before joining Heck & Stiffler.  She now focuses on civil litigation with a strong emphasis on injury and disability cases and assisting injured people and their families when they are facing problems associated with being in an accident or incident involving serious injuries or even the death of a loved one.  Beth also volunteers at several local organizations in assisting veterans and in her local community.

Beth and her husband reside in Mansfield.

Alishia Bazley

Alishia Bazley

Alisha Bazley is a paralegal with Heck & Stiffler Alisha grew up in Shelby, Ohio and graduated from Shelby High School. After graduation, she attended North Central State College and earned her associate degree in Paralegal Studies. Alisha has over 8 years of experience in the legal field where she previously focused on criminal prosecutions prior to joining Heck & Stiffler in 2021. She now focuses primarily on civil litigation, personal injury and wrongful death issues.

Alisha resides in Lexington with her husband and their two young sons.

Erica Denham

Erica Denham

Erica Denham is a paralegal with Heck & Stiffler Erica grew up in Mansfield, Ohio and is a graduate of Madison Comprehensive High School. Erica attended North Central State College and National Paralegal College, where she graduated with her associate degree in Paralegal Studies. Erica has 5 years of experience in Family and Juvenile Law and joined Heck & Stiffler in June 2023. Prior to her legal studies, Erica spent time as a homemaker and worked at a private mental health facility, primarily with children with autism. Erica has served the local community as Secretary of the Lexington Music Boosters.

Erica and her husband reside in Lexington with their 5 children.

Sandy Stover

Sandy Stover

Sandy Stover joined Heck & Stiffler in 2020.  She has over 15 years’ experience as a paralegal.  She is a graduate of Crestview High School and studied at North Central State College.  She focuses on civil litigation, including personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death, as well as Social Security Disability. Prior to joining Heck Law, Sandy’s experience includes civil, domestic relations, juvenile, criminal and Social Security Disability.

Sandy resides in Greenwich with her husband, Jim.  Between them, they have 4 children and four grandchildren.  Besides spending time with family, Sandy and Jim are avid side-by-side riders and enjoy traveling and camping.
