Biography
Donna Heck is the CFO and Office Manager of Heck & Stiffler. In 2008, she helped her husband, Jeff, found Heck & Stiffler so that they could focus their energy on helping injured people and their families throughout northern and north central Ohio. She has extensive experience and success in sales as well as office management during her professional career. She also has past experience in working in many aspects of financial matters for several organizations, including a public entity with over $20 million in annual revenues.
In 2019, she, Jeff and their friends and family founded the Mansfield-based mental health non-profit, 33 Forever, Inc. She is presently that organization’s President and Treasurer. She is also a Board Member and Vice President of NAMI Ohio, a statewide mental health advocacy organization.
She and Jeff have been recognized as leaders in the mental health community as co-recipients of the Advocates of the Year Award from the Ohio Association of County Behavioral Health Authorities in 2023, the Roeliff Brinkerhoff Award from the Richland County Board of Mental Health & Recovery Services in 2023 and the Community Impact Award from NAMI Richland County in 2023.
Donna attended Kent State University.
She and Jeff reside in Lexington. They have 6 grown children and 10 grandchildren.
