Bioagraphy

Ciara Biggs is a Litigation, Pre-Litigation and Social Security Paralegal with Heck & Stiffler. Ciara grew up in Mansfield, Ohio and is a graduate of Crestview High School. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising from the International Academy of Design & Technology. After shifting gears career-wise, she spent more than 8 years working helping people in the financial industry. That work ultimately led to her interest in helping people in a different way now -- with their legal issues. Ciara joined Heck & Stiffler in April 2024. She resides in Mansfield with her two fur babies.
